• Vikki Stamm

  Partner

  A UNL Law School graduate in 1994, Vikki has been in practice in Central Nebraska for two decades. Throughout her career, Vikki has earned her reputation as a tenacious litigator, a powerful advocate and a compassionate counselor. Vikki has worked her entire career to passionately represent people making sure that her clients receive the best service possible. She believes that through our work we can make a difference in people’s lives. She fights every day to protect her client’s rights. More recently as a Certified Family Law Mediator Vikki has been involved in numerous successful mediations, a requirement under the Nebraska Parenting Act, and an excellent way to avoid the uncertainty of a judicial determination. Whether it is negotiating a fair settlement or litigating a contested matter on behalf of her client’s best interest, Vikki strives to achieve superior results.

• Michele J. Romero

  Partner

  Michele is a native Kearneyite who returned home after graduating from Arizona State University College of Law in 2004. Michele spent the majority of her career in the Courtroom and has earned her reputation as a competent adversary. Now as a partner, Michele is able to apply her skillful courtroom and judicial perception with her 10 years of practice to accomplish positive outcomes for her clients both in and out of the courtroom. As a mother of two, Michele understands the hardships parents face in divorce and child custody situations. The inspiration for her work comes from her clients whom she sees overcoming the challenges of their changing families and changing futures. Michele recognizes the importance of understanding your legal matter to reduce the stress that being involved in litigation creates, and strives to be accessible to her clients and their everyday needs.

• Sarah M. Hammond

  Associate

  Sarah is a Sioux Falls Native who attended South Dakota State University in Brookings, graduating in 2016 with her undergraduate degree in History and minors in music and pre-law. Sarah attended the University of Nebraska College of Law and graduated in 2020. Sarah made the decision to go to law school to be able to help others through the challenging landscape of the legal world. After graduating, Sarah decided that she wanted to make Kearney, Nebraska her home. Sarah enjoys singing and watching classic movies.
